EPE Conferences

General Information

EPE Association, together with its local partners, organized the EPE (ECCE Europe) Conferences, the leading Conferences in Europe in the field of Power Electronics, Drives and related Applications. From the beginning, in 1985, until 2011, the EPE Conferences were organized on a biennal basis. From 2011 until 2023, the conference was organised annually in the frame of the joint sponsor’s agreement for the ECCE (Energy Conversion Congress and Exhibition) series. EPE Association and IEEE PELS were co-sponsors. The EPE’25 Conference then again was organized by the EPE Association alone.

The EPE (ECCE Europe) Conference travel around in Europe and is organised in cities that have a strong academic and industrial background in the field of Power Electronics. In general, it attracts between 700 and 1200 participants and it is organised in the first half of September. EPE’s International Scientific Committee, the ISC in short, is the scientific body of the conference.
