Abstract: For long- and short-term planning of a power system operation load characteristics in different conditions like low or high outdoor temperature, probable deviations of load, different load forecast scenarios, etc. are needed. Loads are treated on the based of a mathematical model, which considers loads changes in time, stochastic nature of loads, temperature dependency as well as voltage and frequency dependency. Mathematical load model of an electrical network is composed during load research.

Abstract: The frequency converter using parametric oscillation has simple structure and the production is easy. The parametric oscillation is LC series resonance circuit using magnetic saturation. It is possible that the secondary frequency converted to double and triple frequency of the primary frequency by changing the tuning capacitance.
