| Abstract |
A design has been made of a low stand by power oscillator, which can be used off a rectified 230V grid. Stand by powers lower than 0.2W are obtained. The oscillating mode is obtained using the capacitance of the power MOSFET. The supply operates at a wide input voltage range. |
