| Abstract |
A kind of data compresses technology
with ERLC (Extended Run Length Coding)
method is proposed in this paper. It has been
successfully used in the reliability lifetime test of
relay which has the features of transient
characteristic wave forms and unfixed position
in every connecting time period. The hardware
design and working process of the data
acquisition system are described. The method
solved the contradiction between high speed
data acquisition and high volume data storage. |
