Multivariable PI Control with Feedforward Control for a Current Source Converter

Abstract |
In this paper a multivariable state feedback control for the
control of a current source converter is presented. Unlike
other three phase power converters controlled in the dqframe
with synchronously rotating reference frame with
separated single controllers, the control strategy uses a
multivariable PI control with feedforward control. Special
attention is layed on the elimination of steady state errors
together with good dynamic response. Also the decoupling
concept is presented. Simulation results demonstrate the
feasibility of the proposed control. |
