| Abstract |
In this paper, the voltage sag ride-through capabilities of the torque-maximizing control scheme for induction motor (IM) drives proposed in [1] are investigated. The results are verified experimentally. The paper also shows the benefits compared to an ordinary controller, i.e., a controller without the ride-through algorithm. The proposed field-weakening scheme will improve voltage sag ride-through capability significantly. |
