| Abstract |
This paper presents analytical expressions for the AC side harmonic losses in 3-level converters. By using analytical expressions, time consuming time domain simulations are avoided. Verification is done by comparison to circuit simulations. At last a comparison of AC side harmonic losses in 2- and 3-level is shown. |
