Abstract |
An improved FB ZVZCS (full-bridge zero-voltage and zero-current-switching) PWM DC-DC converter with passive voltage clamping was proposed and the operating principle and soft-switching condition of the proposed converter is analyzed in detail. The topology improves the performance of the converter by widening the load range for soft switching, decreasing additional losses for auxiliary resonant circuit. The digital control system was designed using TMS320F240 DSP chip. A prototype has verified the principle and characteristics of the proposed soft-switching converter based on digital control. |
