Abstract |
The paper presents variable speed integrated
generator set driven by internal combustion engine and
permanent magnet generator supplying ac/ac converter. The
system operates autonomously and grid connected. When VSIG
set is connected to grid, then the non-sinusoidal current
component is produced by the output capacitor which is directly
connected to the grid distorted voltage. The paper presents
controller strategy and discusses the technique of harmonic
compensation of the output capacitor by active current injection
method. Analysis of modeling and laboratory tests of the 40kVA
generation system will be presented in paper. |
