 Abstract
Advances in power electronics and changing demands do make necessary changes in education of power electronics. This concerns the theoretical (lectures) as well as the practical part of the education. The use of the new media (interactive e-learning), problem-based and project-organized learning are possible ways to improve the quality of the education. In this paper a web-based learning tool for Power Electronics and two project-oriented practical for power electronics education are introduced: problem-based learning in the first year of study (theme project) and the design-oriented practical for the fourth year of study as a supplement to lectures on power electronics.
