| Abstract |
A Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) is proposed for use in highly resistive distribution lines to boost excessive voltage drops. Then higher power transfers are allowed and high power quality is achieved. The selection of controlled variables and the control loops are discussed, besides the hardware and experimental results. |
