| Abstract |
This paper is concerned with a new type of power supply for highpower RF applications for CW operation. The converter switches atzero current for high operating frequency for minimisedtransformer and filter size. Circuit operation and control arediscussed. Advantages of this topology over conventionalapproaches are discussed, along with the potential problems andproposed solutions. |
