| Abstract |
This paper reports on a project-based training approach carried out by a student-staff team, focused on the acquisitionof basic skills in Active Systems Design. 'Systems' refers to systemics [1] and 'active' is used to signify actuatorcontrol.The project focus ranged from the initial choice of the project topic to the first steps of prototype construction. |
