| Abstract |
This paper presents the derivation of a practical
design solution for a tracking power supply for single-ended
switching audio amplifiers, motivated by requirements for
reduced EMI. The selection and optimization of a suitable
power conversion topology capable of handling ‘supply
pumping’ caused by single-ended switching amplifiers is
emphasized, and the results obtained from the constructed
pro totype power supply are presented. |
