| Abstract |
Power system with predominant nuclear power
generation restoration after the blackout is analyzed. The system
with sufficient thermal power cold reserve could be restored as
thermal power system with cold starting of the main part of the
units. Power system restoration transients are studied.
Maximum power increase rate evaluation and permissible
switch on load blocks characteristics estimation is presented. |
