| Abstract |
A comparison between Space Vector Modulation and
Generalized Discontinuous PWM in terms of power losses in an
inverter is presented. Power losses are calculated from
PSPICETM simulation results and data sheets. Each strategy is
evaluated by the power losses in the inverter and torque ripple of
the starter generator as a function of torque and speed. |
