| Abstract |
This work represents a developed universal earthfault
indicator (UEI), which is allowed to detect the earth-faults
at the compensated neutral cable networks and the fault
detection with the fault indicators, which is connected into
distribution network SCADA system by the radio signals. A pilot
project “Integration of the fault indicators into the distribution
network SCADA system” has reviewed which was carried out at
Jelgava cable and overhead distribution networks in the year
2003. |
