 Abstract   The planar piezoelectric actuator has two linear degrees of freedom made from a simple mechanical interface, and presents interest for haptic devices with multi-degrees of freedom and small conveyance systems. The objective is to control this device, inducing the need to define a complete linear model. This article is about the dynamic model description, based on a general analytic approach, and the parameters identification method is described.
