Abstract |
We start with a short recall on the modelling of the step by step motor (stepper). This model allows checking by simulation the existence, under certain conditions, of chaotic behaviours in this electromechanical converter. These results are further validated by experimental results. Then, we show the experimental device and its characteristics. Finally the last part presents various possible strategies for the control of chaos in the stepper as well as an experimental tool for rapid prototyping which allows the validation of various studied algorithms. |
