| Abstract |
Switched reluctance (SR) motors have desirable
features including simple construction, high reliability, and low
cost. In the previous work, we proposed one calculation method
for operational characteristics of a SR motor considering
magnetic nonlinearity. In this paper, based on the proposed
method, we design and analyze an outer-rotor type multipolar
SR motor for application to an electric vehicle (EV). |
