Abstract |
In this paper an optimized design for a small-scale
shifted transverse flux reluctance motor using the Genetic
Algorithm is presented. The goal is to minimize the motor
volume or in the other words to maximize the produced torque.
This paper describes a procedure in order to achieve an optimal
design. Finally, analysis of the designed motor using a finite
element method is performed and the results are compared to
the analytical method as well. |
