| Abstract |
This paper describes the diesel emission control
system to reduce Particulate Matters (PM) in exhaust gas from
marine diesel engine, and the power supply for this system. In
this system, some advantages, such as excellent temperature
control and maintenance free, are obtained by utilizing an
induction heating. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) inverter is
proposed as power supply for this system, and the circuit
characteristics are clarified by numerical analysis. |
