| Abstract |
This paper presents detailed analysis of switching
transients in passive snubber with partial recuperation of
commutation energy. Relationship between different boundary
parameters, practical calculation example and component
selection for optimal circuit design are presented. Transformerbased
energy regenerative circuitry to recover the energy captured
in the snubber capacitors is proposed. |
