| Abstract |
Paper proposes modified 1-phase Voltage Source
Active Power Filter (V-APF), the multiple capabilities of which
include current conditioning and voltage restoring mode.
Modified V-APF besides parallel voltage source and series
reactance possess additional current source, connected in
parallel between supply source and series reactance. The
effectiveness of this arrangement is carefully outlined, while the
system general performance during steady and dynamic states is
intensively investigated. Experimental results of a prototype are
presented to validate proposed approach.. |
