| Abstract |
This paper presents a power quality conditioner with
UPS function consisting of series, shunt and parallel hybrid
active filter with common dc link. The proposed system can
provide high quality voltage to its loads under normal or abnormal
utility conditions and at the same time fully compensate
load harmonic and reactive power. The active filters of the
proposed system are controlled in such a manner that their
power rating becomes less than the active filters in conventional
UPQC with UPS capability. Simulation results obtained under
various operating conditions have been presented and analysed. |
