| Abstract |
The correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic circuit
parameters in the high speed switching was investigated using
the fabricated high speed switching unit. Novel evaluation
approach concept for the high-speed low loss power converter
was confirmed using the unit. The result indicates new design
method for a future integrated converter. |
