Abstract |
This paper presents a method to obtain the optimal currents which reduces the torque ripple to zero with minimal cooper losses. This method takes into account the magnetic circuit saturation. It applies to variable reluctance synchronous motors, excited or not excited. This method follows from the evolution of the operating point with constant torque and minimum copper losses in the Concordia frame. |
