Abstract |
Optimization of parameters in Jiles-Atherton model is difficult because of the differen-tial implicit form of basic equation. Proposed by the authors of the model a numerical determination of parameters is based on some characteristics of the initial magnetization curve and major hysteresis loop. The proposed procedure takes into account the whole family of hysteresis loops corresponding to successively increasing amplitudes of alternating voltage. According to this, model parameters are chosen in such a way that the sum of the squares of relative differences between the calculated and empirical values of field and induction amplitudes, effective coercivities and hysteresis losses for the considered loops are minimized. More accurate results can be achieved by the optimization of parameters to each loop separately. |
