| Abstract |
In this paper a Universal Battery Tester (UBT) is presented, the new technical solution designed for testing battery capacity based on the constant current method. UBT is universal for all voltage levels from 48 V up to 220 V. During action, tester measures and controls the following parameters: load current, testing total battery voltage, testing battery voltage up to 24 channels - cell or block voltage, battery temperature and testing time. All measured values have been placed into the memory and after the test has been finished all the data can be transferred to the personal computer or printer. |
