| Abstract |
The ac-dc line frequency resonant converter with parametric alternating of parallel and series resonant mode (PSA converter) have high power factor and efficiency. Still the current control of PSA converter from nominal to zero is a specific problem. The control is achieved, where together with phase control of inductive circuit of converter the current of capacitive circuit is by-passed from the rectifier with the help of additional thyristors. By control correction of power factor is also possible. |
