| Abstract |
Protection against damage states in a dc-dc converter with an Intelligent Power Module has been the main goal of the described investigations. These works concern both elimination of adverse impacts of IGBT transistor capacitance links on the converter control system and protection of IPM module during short circuit in an external load. |
