| Abstract |
This paper deals with analyses of energy flows, conversions and losses in tram system. Proposals for improvement of tram systems' efficiency by help of ultracapacitors are described and modelled. Comparison of energy consumption of different tram drive types is given. The positions have been proven on trams of Tallinn. |
