| Abstract |
The paper presents the design conception of a novel frequency converter type − Two-Section Direct Frequency Converter (TSDFC) that results, as direct frequency converter, direct AC/AC electric energy converting and is free from the matrix direct frequency converter switching contradictions. The proposed conception provides sinusoidal network and load currents, input power factor regulating and energy recuperation. A mathematical model of the TSDFC and an adopted space vector modulation control algorithm are worked out. Simulation and experimental results are presented. |
