   Hierarchical Control System Model of Composed Process and Object in Fiber Cement Plant   [View]

 Abstract   The paper deals with research and realization of a control system model for the class of systems where composed process and object make an operating entirety. Decentralized control units make control structure. Internal interconnections are very intensive. Therefore we are concerned with hierarchical control structure composed of local decision units, and supreme control (coordinator). Such class of systems is studied on the example of the real plant for forming various fiber cement shapes. On the basis of the developed process and object model, simulating all disturbances expected in the real system, control system model is tested and verified.
