Abstract |
For traction applications, the 750 V DC-line imposes the 1700 V IGBT module. IGBT's operated
under zero voltage switching scheme exhibits significantly different operating characteristics from
specified parameters in manufactured data sheet.
This paper presents the analysis of the losses in DC-DC soft switching converter and the impact on
realisation. A detailed design of a 150 kVA DC-DC converter is used as an industrial example. |
