 Abstract   In the paper it is discussed the advantages and the superiority of lastly presented nonlinear control of induction machine over the well known vector control methods. It is presented the theory of the method and sate variables identification. Nonlinear control with nonlinear feedback is used to obtain linear fully decoupled system control of induction motor. The obtained system does not depend on the feeding method. Therefore a general control method appropriate to different feeding methods of the induction motor is discussed. The application of the method to sensorless control and real time simulation results are presented.
