| Abstract |
The paper presents a full model of the synchronous machine eligible for harmonic propagation analysis. It appears necessary to introduce a complex model and impossible to make the above analyses using subtransient reactance only. The presented model takes into account cross influence of the 6N-1 and 6N+1 order harmonics. Such a model of the synchronous machine is required to analyze voltage distortion problems occurring mostly when nonlinear load is supplied from an emergency standby generator. |
