| Abstract |
In this paper, We have designed the dove tail tooth (DVT) type which are able to reduce the normal force in comparison with typical rectangular type tooth of 2-phase hybrid type Linear Stepping Motor(HLSM). And the DVT HLSM was inserted a permanent magnet into the slot in order to improve the thrust force without increasing the normal force. |
