Control of PWM Voltage Rectifier in Step Down Mode

| Abstract |
This paper presents simple control methods of PWM voltage rectifier in the state, when the output voltage is lower than the input voltage. It corrects opinion that voltage converter can work only with DC voltage higher than amplitude of line voltage. The principle is described on the one phase full bridge converter. The controls where power factor has maximum and control, where the output power has maximum are presented. |
