Abstract |
Soft switching of semiconductor switches enabled not only very low switching losses and higher power density but also good dv/dt of frequency inverters output voltage. The key idea is to reduce the device switching loses. In recent years presented topology of quasi resonant converters are very complicted and need complicted control methods. This paper presented a new concept of a quasi-resonant DC link converter topology for three phase AC drive with using vector modulation of output converter voltage. |
