Abstract |
In long distance VSC-HVDC application and in order to achieve a good network control and stability,
the observer use is unavoidable when there is no communicated information between stations. In control
algorithm, performances are greatly influenced by the accuracy of the unmeasured variables estimation.
This paper deals with new observer scheme for DC power transmission system in order to estimate DC
cable states and external load disturbance. To do so, an observer based on cable state-space model is
designed using Kalman theory and adaptive control technique. |
