| Abstract | For a piezoelectric motor operation a specific and individual power source is necessary. A DC to AC converter, which has different topologies, is used to apply the electrical excitation in order to generate the stator vibrations in resonance. In this paper, four power converter circuits are described and analyzed, using a numerical simulation. The different topologies are compared according to the output current, voltage and power requirements. | |||||
