| Abstract |
The paper describes on the study of development for the linear magnetic
position sensor which is generally called the linear resolver. It senses inductance
deviation between the mover and the stator which having teeth and slots. Specific design has
adopted to have higher sensing level and wave form to improve position accuracy. |
