Abstract |
Stranding basketmachines are used to produce all kinds of ropes and cables. The rotating baskets of
the machine carry the spools, from which the elastic cores or bundles are removed with defined tensile
force. Then the elastic cores or bundles are cabled with selected spin through torsion and finally it
is rolled up on spools again.
In the project, constructively optimally adapted drive-solutions as well as adaptive procedures should
be developed for synchronism and traction-regulation at the machine. |
