| Abstract |
A method for self-commissioning of controlled induction motor drives, able to estimate the five parameters of the usual equivalent circuit, is here presented. The validation of the parameters is performed by comparison with those obtained through different procedures. Dedicated algorithms have been developed and implemented in the control system in order to realize the set of procedures at standstill. Reference is made to flux-observer based field-oriented control, being accurate identification of machine parameters a major concern for this configuration. Practical results obtained with a prototype control board are reported. |
