 Abstract   This paper verifies the possibility of using a fixed robust H-infinity current regulator instead of a previously designed PI controller with decoupling in case of PMSM stator parameters varying over a wide range. The design of H-infinity current controller is discussed and practical results are shown to illustrate its advantages.
