A Fuzzy Logic Calculation of the Duty Cycle for the Space-Vector Current Controlled PWM

Abstract |
The paper presents an innovative current control technique of PWM converters that conciliates high
dynamic response and low harmonic content. A novel space-vector control of the current is realised with
a fuzzy logic estimation of the duty cycles for the vectors that reduce differently the error. The control
has been tested on an inverter feeding an induction motor and the simulation results highlight a good
current control with a very low value of harmonic distortion. |
