| Abstract |
A model to assess EMI decoupling effectiveness of capacitors used in the supply of digital circuits is obtained and validated. Experimental results show that the optimal value for the decoupling capacitor depends on the series inductance of the decoupling circuit and also of the internal capacitance of the digital device. |
