| Abstract |
This paper presents a new design for a fully-integrated linear reluctance position sensor. Such a sensor is
particularly well-adapted to compact hybrid synchronous linear actuators. A prototype has been developed and
tested and a high-frequency simulation has confirmed the frequency behavior. Different types of demodulation are
compared herein. A synchronous differential demodulation has been derived and yields very good results. |
