| Abstract |
EV drives are mostly made up of PMSM's driven by 2-Level voltage source inverters. The resulting common-mode voltage can significantly shorten the service life of the bearings. The application of a 3-level ANPC inverter on a 10kW AC compressor is described including comparative measurements of both inverter types. |
